German Comfort Food
Join Sierra for a hands-on class celebrating German-from-Russia comfort food, still commonly made in home kitchens across the Midwest. The menu features recipes passed down through Sierra’s own family, and together we’ll prepare a few classic dishes that come together for a complete meal.
We’ll make Knoephla Soup, Fleischkuechle, and a traditional kuchen—think tender dumplings, savory meat-filled pastries, and rich custard.
